Introduction
The increasing concerns for sustainable quality education in the Akim West Constituency and the recent developments in the educational sector in Ghana has challenged EAA Initiative, a non-government organisation known for its mentorship programmes to collaborate with the chief and elders of Bunso, sub of Asemankese in the Eastern Region of Ghana and other major stake holders to organise its second educational mentoring program for students. Education within this constituency has been on the low with little or no motivation to school. And the few students that school have little to show for it since they do not make the best of grades and do not also further their education as a result of several other factors.
